They alleged that they smuggled sensitive information to Pakistani officials (YouTuber Jyoti Malhotra) and spying for Pakistan or spying for Pakistan. Indian authorities arrested five more people, including YouTube, on Saturday.
The name of this YouTube is Jyoti Malhotra. He is a resident of Haryana. According to the report, these 5 people originally worked as agents, financial assistants and information smugglers. Their network was wide throughout Haryana and Punjab. According to the authorities, Jyoti Malhotra, who runs a YouTube channel called ‘Travel with Joe’, also went to Pakistan in 2021. Jyoti Malhotra went to Pakistan with a visa through commission agent. Even on this trip to Pakistan, Jyoti developed a close relationship with Ehsan-ur-Rahim alias Danish, a Pakistani High Commission activist in New Delhi.
The Indian authorities suspect that the Indian government was declared an unwanted person, and he was expelled on May 7, 2021 because he introduced the Jyoti Malhotra to several Pakistani Intelligence Operative. Officials complain that the light has left the relationship with several operators, such as Shakir alias Rana Shahbaz, whose number is saved on his phone. Jyoti kept this contact through WhatsApp, Snapchat and Telegram.
Officials have also claimed that Jyoti shared the sensitive information of Pakistanis about several places in India. He even often highlighted the positive image of Pakistan in the media. Besides, Jyoti Malhotra was also closely involved with a Pakistani Intelligence Operative. With him he went to Indonesia, Bali Island. Article 12 of the Indian Penal Code, Jyoti Malhotra has been charged under Section 1, 3 and 3 of the Official Secrets Act. A written confession has also been received from him, that the case has been transferred to Haryana’s Economic Offencies Wing.
