Kolkata: The service of this social media crashed again in four days. X is suddenly not working on Friday. As a result, millions of customers are in trouble. Millions of users are outraged by the extreme suffering.

Customers in countries like the US, UK and Canada, along with India, are also unable to use the service. It is not yet clear why this happened. Social media platform X was once again down for thousands of users in India and several other countries.

Downdetector began reporting problems with the website around 8 p.m. By 8.50 p.m., this number reaches a large area. On Sunday, Elon Musk, one of the world’s billionaires and X’s boss, announced plans to release algorithmic code for the site’s news feed and advertising system in an effort to increase transparency.

Musk said the code will be open sourced and regularly updated to explain how posts are recommended to users.

Meanwhile, within two days of Elon Musk’s announcement, the X was shocked around the world. Multiple pan-India media outlets have claimed that customers face issues when trying to use features like timeline loading, posting and direct messaging.

Whether it is a mechanical error or a server problem is not yet known.

Multiple users are facing issues related to X’s feed, website, login and server connectivity. Most users saw “Internal server error on CloudFlare’s network”, prompting them to try again later.

Cloudflare also said it is trying to figure out why this happened. More updates coming soon. Hopefully this issue will be resolved soon.

Earlier in early May, X experienced a major outage, with thousands of users reporting being unable to access the platform for hours. At the time, Elon Musk alleged that a powerful cyber attack was behind it. Musk said that “a lot of resources” were behind the attack. Which indicates that a large group or even a state leader may be behind it.
