SpaceX Falcon 9 Report: Elon Musk’s space company SpaceX suffered a major setback recently when its Falcon-9 rocket failed in space. Due to a technical glitch, the rocket could not deliver 20 Starlink satellites into space. After a failed launch, SpaceX decided to get to the bottom of the matter and has now submitted the report related to it to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). It explains the reasons for the malfunction in the Falcon-9 rocket.

This incident came to light on July 11. reports According to, the entire matter was investigated under the supervision of America’s FAA. After any space launch, scientists get data related to the rocket. In the present case, it has been found that the first stage booster of Falcon-9 rocket had performed normally i.e. did its job properly.

However, it has been revealed that as soon as the Falcon 9 rocket’s second stage engine did its first burn, i.e. started itself, liquid oxygen leaked into the insulation around the upper stage engine. Despite the leak, the second stage engine continued its work and moved forward with the satellite.

After this, another burn had to be done so that the satellite could be properly placed in its orbit. But due to the leak, the engine parts became very cold. The engine had to be given a hard start, due to which its hardware was damaged and the rocket’s upper stage lost control.

The SpaceX team still continued working. He tried to increase the altitude of about 10 Starlink satellites, but ultimately all 20 satellites re-entered the Earth’s atmosphere and were destroyed. The Falcon-9 rocket is one of SpaceX’s most successful rockets, which has successfully completed many space missions.
