The Indian Space Agency ISRO (ISRO) has said a lot about the Chandrayaan-3 mission. ISRO President S.K. Somnath said on Thursday that the rover ‘Pragyan’ of Chandrayaan-3 is in Hibernation on his surface, but the possibility of it being active again cannot be ruled out. He said that the space agency knows that the Rover and the lander ‘Vikram’ have gone to the surface of the moon to Hibernation. According to PTI report, S.K. Somnath said that the purpose of the ‘Chandrayaan-3’ mission was ‘soft landing’. After that, used for 14 days and necessary data has been collected.

Addressing a news conclave, S.K. Somnath said that now it is sleeping there peacefully… let it sleep well… We should not bother it… When it wants to get up on its own, it will wake up… I want to say the same about it right now. ”

Asked if ISRO still hopes that the rover would be active again, he said, “The reason for expectation is.” Somnath stated due to ‘hope’, saying that the mission included a lander and a rover. He reported that the lander is a huge structure, so it could not be fully tested.

But when the rover was tested with zero at a minus 200 ° C, it was found working at a lesser temperature. The ISRO chief clarified that the purpose of the ‘Chandrayaan-3’ mission has been fulfilled. He said that ISRO is trying to find out the scientific data collected through Mission. After landing on the moon on August 23, Lander and Rover conducted experiments there for several days. Due to Chandrayaan-3, India has joined the countries of the world which have been able to make soft landing on the moon.
