Whatsapp Account: According to WhatsApp’s latest report, WhatsApp has banned more than 1 million accounts in India in June as part of the initiative to prevent abuse and harmful activity on this platform. According to the report, about 1.5 lakh accounts were banned before receiving whatsapp account blocked.

Not only that, WhatsApp has worked on the basis of users’ complaints in India, in addition to banning accounts. During the month of June, WhatsApp was submitted to 25 thousand 5 complaints. WhatsApp has taken action on the basis of six of these allegations. These include banning accounts, reviewing the allegations and recovering the banned account first.

Although most of the complaints were said to ban the account, 5,900 cases were submitted, out of which 5 accounts were closed. Other steps were account support, product support, safety issues, etc. WhatsApp says their abuse detection works in three phases- based on account registration, time sending messages and negative reactions like user report and block.

The agency has informed that preventing abuse is their goal, because it needs to be stopped before harmful activity. The platform emphasized the user’s safety. This company uses end -to -end encryption, security tools to fight against the platform, misinformation and security threats. In this report, the messaging platform reveals that it has also worked with experts to promote cyber security, to protect the integrity of the elections.

In the previous month, the messaging platform has brought two new tools – Status Ads and Promoted Channels. Status Ads actually acts as Instagram Story ADS. Now business accounts will be able to post paid content with money that can be seen in people’s status updates. These ads will be shown in the status update from family and friends, which will clearly be sponsored labels so that people can easily identify it as an advertisement.
