Tech News: If you are tired of uploading the video status on WhatsApp, you are going to get relief now. WhatsApp has prepared to bring a new and useful feature for its users, which will now be easier to keep a long video on the status more than ever.
Now the video status is not 1 minute, 90 seconds
WhatsApp soon is about to extend the video limit of its status feature to 90 seconds. Before you could only post a video up to 60 seconds (1 minute) at once, now this limit has been increased by 30 seconds. This will directly benefit those users who want to share long video status.
Beta users have only got the benefit at the moment
Currently, this feature is only available in the beta version of WhatsApp. That is, only those who use the testing version of the app now have access to it. But as it is usually, after coming to Bita, this feature will soon be published for all users.
Which version is required?
This new feature has been provided on WhatsApp Android version 2.25.12.9. If you are a Beta user you can use the new feature by updating this version from the Google Play Store.
Check if it has come to your phone
First open the Google Play Store
Search WhatsApp and check if the app has been updated
If an update is available, update the app
Now open Whatsapp and go to the status tab and try to upload a 90 second video
If the video is uploaded without a cut, then the feature has been launched for you
Why this update is required?
Nowadays people prefer to share complete and uninterrupted videos instead of short video clips. In such situations, cutting the video according to 30 or 60 seconds is a little hassle. Now able to keep a video directly up to 90 seconds directly in the status will not just save time, the story will be able to share more effectively and smoothly.
