According to research, there are 1000 km big mountains beneath the earth’s surface which are much bigger than the 8.8 km height of Mount Everest. Researchers are saying that these mountains are about half a billion years old. However, it is not yet clear what this thing is. Are they visible only for some time, or have they been present here for billions of years.

According to research, two giant structures are located on the boundary of two layers of the Earth. The Earth has three layers called the crust, mantle and core. The crust is the uppermost layer, and the core is the innermost. These rocks are said to be on the boundary of the Earth’s crust, mantle and core. These are present in a semi-solid area. This area is beneath Africa and the Pacific Ocean.

Scientists have known for decades that giant structures exist beneath the Earth’s mantle. These can be detected with the help of seismic shockwaves.
