The planets in the solar system revolve around the Sun. Asteroids keep circling with them. Austeroids are found in large numbers in the solar system. These heavy stones are turning to the earth these days with bumpy shapes. Estroids are spread over a large part of the solar system. But most are found between Mars and Jupiter’s orbit. NASA has identified over 1.3 million asteroids. In which about 16 thousand asteroids are roaming around the earth. Many times asteroids come so close to the Earth that they can also collide. NASA has today issued an alert for a large asteroid.

NASA Jet propulsion laboratory (JPL) alert has been issued for Estroid 2023 PD1 today. It is 95 feet i.e. around 100 feet size. The bigger rock like this airplane is going to come close to the earth today. The distance between the two will be 5,880,000 km when it is at the closest point of the Earth. That is, it is going to come close to the earth for about 59 lakh kilometers. Whereas NASA says that the danger of Esteroid increases to Earth when it comes close to more than 75 million kilometers.

Asteroid 2023 PD1 Among the arsteroids that are stated to be a possible threat to the Earth. Of the asteroids discovered so far, 20% of the asteroids are the possibility that they can collide with the earth. How much destruction it can bring in the event of hitting the earth, it also depends largely on the size of the asteroid. Asteroid 2023 PD1, as stated earlier, is about 100 feet asteroids, counted in large arsteroids. So if the asteroid of this size collides with the earth, then he can do heavy loss of life and property.

The structure of asteroid is said to be similar to planets but they can be of many types in size. They keep circling the sun in the form of rugged rocks. Some asteroids may be flattened, some may also be spherical. The largest asteroid is said to be Vesta, whose size is said to be 530 km. You can guess how such a huge rock can collide with the earth.
