Motorola has introduced the Moto G Turbo Edition to remain intact in competition. It will be considered an upgrade of Moto G (Gen 3). Changes are not revolutionary. Motorola turbopower features have also been included with upgrade in processor, RAM and storage.
Moto G Turbo Edition Will be compared to Moto G (Jane 3) in every sense, except for the price. We are very keen to know how effective this strategy of the company will prove to be.

Look and design
Moto G Turbo Edition in terms of design profile does not see anything new. The weight and dimensions of the previous generation devices and the latest handset have the same. The front panel of the handset we received for review was black and the rear panel gray-blue. The rear part has rubber finish which gives strong grip to hands. It is so clear that this is the most attractive and strong build -building handset found in this price range.
The panel ensures that Moto G’s IP67 certification remains intact. Rubber has also been used inside inside, which works to seal the micro-sim and microSD slot. Whenever you remove the panel, the alert comes on the screen that the panel is applied correctly.
Moto G (Gen 3) is only waterproof handset, while the turbo edition also has dust protection. It has been claimed about both smartphones that there will be nothing in a depth of three feet in fresh water for 30 minutes. This does not mean that you do the same.

Curved back has become the hallmark of Motorola’s style these days. For this reason, it becomes easier to use the phone with one hand. It is slightly weighty, 155 grams. A plate for beauty is given below the camera on the rear panel. This will be unknowingly attracted to you.
The ear pieces and mic grills on the front panel are present with bulge. Both stereo gives a feeling of being loudspeakers, while the grill below plays this role. The power button is on the right side. Volume rockers are present below it. The second mike is present next to the audio socket at the top. There are also micro-USB ports at the top.

Moto G Turbo Edition supports Quick Charging. It is named Turbopower. Motorola says that after just 15 minutes of charge, this handset will last for 6 hours. The charger given with the handset is bigger than expected. It gives 12 volts output. We have only one complaint, it comes with a fixed USB cable, that is, you will have to arrange a separate cable for data transfer. The interesting thing is that the Motorola’s website and promo material were shown a detailed USB cable.
Specification and software
Moto G (Gen 3) has two variants. You can choose between 1 GB RAM-8 GB storage and 2 GB RAM-16 GB storage. At the same time, Moto Turbo is available in the same variant (2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage). It is equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset. Adreno 405 GPU is integrated for graphics. Storage can also be increased with microSD cards up to 32 GB.

The screen is 5 inches with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels. Today, handsets with more resolution are available in this price range. There is a protection of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 above it. It also has a 2470 mAh battery. The rear camera has a 13-megapixel sensor and a dual-LED flash as well. With the rear camera you will be able to record 1080 pixels videos. A 5 -megapixel camera has been given for selfie. Both SIM slots support LTE.
The biggest feature of every handset in Motorola is its stock Android experience. The UI of the Moto G Turbo Edition has not been customized much. You will get Android 5.1.1 lollipop and also know about the update of Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the future. Some changes have also been made. The most important of these is Moto display feature. Whenever the handset will detect motion, the screen will automatically start showing notifications.

Some shortcuts have also been given, as if you keep the handset in your hands and rotate the wrist twice, then the camera app will be launched automatically. Or the handset will turn on a direct flashlight when moved twice. These are useful features, but there are no gadads for them. Users can also perform action and unknowingly and they can also know how to close these features.
The photo size is fixed at 9.7 megapixels, which a little disturbs. As soon as you tap on the video camera icon, it starts recording the video which is a good thing.
Performance
The Motorola screen seems to be lagging behind in terms of resolution. The 720 pixel screen is not enough for many people. The viewing angles are good, but the screen compared to the overall rivals is slightly dull. The voice comes loud and also clearly clearly. The experience of playing games and watching videos on this smartphone was fantastic. We are also happy that the screen was not too hot during this time.

In the daylight, pictures taken in outdoor came with a very warm color cast. We were not very satisfied with reproduction, sharpness was usually good. Pictures taken in low light were good, especially according to the handset of this price range.
The performance of the phone’s battery in the video loop test surprised us. It lasted for 7 hours 36 minutes while the battery of Moto G (Jane 3) lasted longer in this test. It is possible that this has happened due to changes in hardware. However, there is no complaint about the battery during common use. The battery lasted comfortably for a day. Quick charging feature is fun. However, taking the phone charger everywhere can be disturbing.

Our decision
Many affordable handsets have been launched in India since Moto G (Gen 3). Some of these are equipped with full-HD screen, 3 GB of RAM, fingerprint sensor. Liavo, the owner of Motorola, also sells better specifications to its Vibe S1 handset for just Rs 1,500. If Lenvo gives Motorola a place by closing her vib line handset, better specifications can be expected in the coming days.
We were wooed by Moto G (Jane 3) in terms of experience. Knowing that in terms of specification, it was extremely weak with its rivals. The new Moto G Turbo Edition is slightly better than this, but it is not enough to take Motorola at the forefront of the race from anywhere. With its help, Motorola competition can remain, nothing more than this.
Waterproof feature and stock Android are two important reasons, due to which users choose Motorola. Quick Charging Value is like edition. We believe that buying Moto G Turbo Edition will be a safe and intelligent decision. This will not disappoint you.
