According to the Russian space agency Roscosmos, most of the things present in the spacecraft were burnt to ashes above the earth, while some things went into the Pacific Ocean. This is not the first incident on ISS. Cargo which cannot be used again is sent from ISS several times.
However, the dragon capsules of spacex are a reuvenable spacecraft, which can be brought into repeated use. The International Space Station is a joint project of many countries, including the US and Russia. A team of astronauts is always deployed on the ISS and completes science related experiments and other works. The ISS dazzles the whole earth. It shares information about the countries that pass over.
