Performance
The Intex Aqua GenX has a 1.3 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor and Mali T720 GPU for graphics. RAM is 2 GB. The phone moves properly without any problem and also looks reliable.
The benchmark figures of the phone remained well and it also corrected the work. But the phone has problems during Dead Trigger 2 games and heavy encoded videos. While playing the game, the phone is hot and consumes a lot of battery. However, except for these few things, we found Aqua JenX’s performance well.
The phone supports 4G and starts working soon on the network. The Wi-Fi network also has no problem except its weak antenna. The single speaker at the back makes a loud and clean sound but looks a bit inconvenient to watch movies and videos. Although the headphone sound is fantastic, the headphone’s sound with it seems less.
The battery life is average and the phone lasted for 9 hours 16 minutes during our video loop test. At the same time, during simple use, the smartphone battery runs almost all day, but in our Tests the battery ended before one day.
Our decision
Intex is not known for making expensive and beautiful smartphones, so this first premium smartphone of the Indian company gives a pleasant feeling. Intex Aqua JenX is a good smartphone with its price and feature. The phone also has some shortcomings like sharpness of the camera, lack of fingerprint sensor in addition to details.
