The LG W10 has a curved polycarbonate body, but its design isn’t new or unique. It has two color variants – one tulip purple and the other smokey grey. The curved edges keep the crib in good shape. The LG W10 features a 6.19-inch HD+ display, with a notch at the top. The border at the bottom of the phone is a little thick. LG has not clarified whether the company has used protective material or not. The display looks vibrant but its viewing angles could have been a little better.
The LG W30 looks more premium in the LG W series, with a gradient finish and a glossy back panel. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 has been used on the front and back panels of LG W30. This phone is a bit heavy but it feels premium. The build quality of the phone is also strong.

LG W10 gets better grip due to curved edges
The LG W30 sports a 6.26-inch HD+ display with a waterdrop notch. Notch customization feature is provided in the software, due to which you can choose between U and V shape. The border at the bottom of the phone is a bit thick, and fingerprints fall on the glossy rear panel. Talking about display quality, colors look decent but the panel is a bit reflective.
Both the LG W10 and W30 are powered by MediaTek Helio P22 processor paired with 3GB of RAM. Talking about software, LG W series phones run on stock Android Pie. All the units we tried were running the March security patch. Navigating through the UI was smooth but we will get to know more about both phones in detail when we test them soon.

The build quality of the LG W30 is solid
Talking about camera setup, LG W10 has dual rear camera setup. The primary sensor is 13 megapixels. Along with this there is a 5 megapixel secondary sensor with fixed focus lens. The phone has an 8 megapixel selfie camera. In the camera UI, you will get features like Bokeh, AI Beauty and Time Lapse. We took a few pictures and noticed that the camera app struggled a bit when locking the focus.
LG W30 comes with triple rear camera setup. There is a 13-megapixel primary sensor on the back. There is also a 12-megapixel low-light camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor on the rear panel. The handset has a 16 megapixel camera for selfie. The camera UI of the LG W30 is quite different from that of the LG W10, and adds more features such as blur controls, slow-motion video recording, live filters, and night mode.
