Prices are increasing by brand: Different companies are charging different prices for their different models. LG is considering raising prices by 7 percent for its three-star models and 9 to 10 percent for five-star models, according to sources. Also, companies like Haier, Mitsubishi will also increase the price of their ACs in one fell swoop.
Sales Forecast: Despite the price hike, companies like Voltas expect sales to grow 15 to 20 percent in 2026 compared to 2025.
