What time will the Aditya L1 Mission be launched?
According to ISRO, India’s first Sun Mission will be launched at 11.50 am on 2 September. ISRO will telecast this launch live.

This is India’s first solar mission. Under the mission, a spacecraft will be sent to observe the sun’s corona (the outer layer of the sun). Spacecraft will monitor the Sun on L1 points (Sun-Earth Lagrange point), about 1.5 million kilometers from Earth.
Aditya L1 Mission will be launched via PSLV-C57 rocket. The spacecraft will take 7 payload with it, which will help in observing photosfare (light mandal) in individual wave bands, chromosfare (the sun’s visible surface) and the outer layer (corona) of the sun.
The Aditya-L1 mission is completely indigenous. Many national institutions have participation in preparing it. Bangalore-based Indian Institute of Astrophysics (IIA) has prepared the visible emission line coronagraph (VELC) payload, while the Inter-University Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics, Pune has prepared the Solar Ultraviolet Imaging Telescope (SUIT) Pelode for this Mission.
