The presentation of CEO Zhang Changavu revealed that the company would implement Stanlass Propalant Tanks and Clasters in its rocket. The two -stage launch will have a payload capacity of 20 metric tons in the lower orbit of the earth.
The website Spacenews has considered this announcement as important, as recently the American space company ‘Spacex’ has tested the world’s most heavy rocket ‘starship’. The competition of China and America is not hidden from anyone. America is constantly challenging China in the space of space.
However, Landspace has not told how long it will launch its stainless steel rocket. It seems that the project is in the initial phase. It is possible that the company will also face many challenges during manufacturing. Among them, challenges like steel, its utility may be prominent.
India is also planning to build a reiusable rocket. The announcement was made by Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) Chairman S Somnath during the Bangalore Space Expo (BSX) last year. After GSLV Mk III, ISRO’s next launch can be a re-ugable rocket, using the cost of launching satellites. The Indian Space Agency is said to have work with Space Industry, Startup and NewSpace India Limited (NSIL) for re-ugable rockets.
