The District Consumer Disputes Commission of Nayagar in Orissa Bharti Airtel CEO Gopal Boundal has ordered Gopal Badal to compensate due to dishonest commercial habits and to compensate the customer. The compensation has been demanded in connection with the allegations of Amavanjan Mishra, a resident of Gopalpur in Orissa.
Bharti Airtel’s CEO, Bharyl, has been ordered to compensate Tk 1 lakh. At the same time, the customer has been instructed to recharge the unlimited talktime of the 7 -day validity. Airtel will also have to pay an additional Tk 5,000 for the cost of the case.
Customer Amavanjan Mishra said in his complaint on June 7, 2022. And in this complaint, he said that Airtel was reducing it one day from the legitimacy every month. That is, he recharged the validity of the 24 -day, but the day before that term, he was informed that his recharge was over. And in favor of the complaint, customer Amavan Mishra has filed all the messages sent by Airtel, where it appears that the recharge has been informed before the shash. And he was not given the convenience of calling for not recharge of that pack.
The Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission said in a statement, “The secret plan was done by the organization, and thus the customer had to be harassed.” And since the customer did not notice this in the first phase, the company took that opportunity. Even after recharge, the customer’s phone is given a message that has not been recharged. As a result, it is a completely dishonest commercial practice that has been harassed by the complainant customer. ‘
