Scientists created the largest 3D map of the universe measured 6 million galaxies light

Indian scientists, along with an international team of astronomers, have unveiled the most comprehensive 3D map of the Universe. Scientists from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR) were included in that team. According to media reports, the 3D map provides information about the 11 billion year history of the universe. The instrument used to make the map is named Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI). DESI helped scientists measure the light of more than 6 million galaxies.
